Send support requests to [email protected]. Include your support id when the app shows one.
Safe diagnostic data
- App version, build id, platform, architecture, and activation status.
- Support id, readiness summary, audio routing status, and selected decoder mode.
- Redacted configuration summaries that remove tokens and private upstream URLs.
Do not send
- Activation codes, auth tokens, private signing keys, or passwords.
- Raw machine fingerprints or full local logs that include secrets.
- Customer/private support notes in public GitHub issues.
